Job Description:

You are responsible for the sales of one of our Digital Signage Solution and Touchscreen Displays product lines (http://www.cee.benq.eu/ ) in designated Central and Eastern Europe countries. You achieve your personal sales target, among others by developing or expanding the business partnerships with channel partners, by identifying and activating areas of high business potential and by initiating local promotion and marketing activities. You communicate frequently and efficiently with internal supporting departments and you take responsibility for the full sales cycle.

• Support of the Sales Team and consulting for key customers
• Close contact to key accounts and strong support for efficient sales
• Deep study of products, understanding of market needs
• Price and availability negotiations
• Creating availability overview (on a weekly basis) and allocation of products
• Keeping control of the stocks, react on overstock
• Distribute weekly stock reports to HQ
• Business- and target planning, sales plan forecast
• Market launch for new / renewed products, phase in/out preparation
• Specification product maintenance projects
• Market Research/Trend-Analysis, benchmarking
• Build up / keep up good relationship with distributors
• Accomplishment of field-marketing together with distribution-partners
• Preparation of marketing programs / promotions (sales & image) / special offers together with our MarCom Department
• Creation of sales and training tools
• Portfolio-Management and Positioning
• Channel Positioning
• Participation on dealer meetings, delivery of reports


Preferred Qualifications:

• Education in a commercial discipline (preferably major International Management) or engineering
• 3 - 5 years working experience in Product Management
• 3- 4 years experience in a business development position, with a focus on hardware or CE products
• knowledge of PC/Peripherals and/or Consumer Electronics
• good presentation / training skills
• Initiative person, able to work with targets
• Self-motivated, true team player and entrepreneurship
